Ny bok om att skapa mer hållbara boenden
I BOOST-projektets delprojekt metadesign har Mathilda Tham, Åsa Ståhl och Sara Hyltén-Cavallius från Linnéuniversitetet tagit fram den nya tidens hemkunskapsbok ”Oikology – Home ecologics”. Man ställer frågan om nya, mer gemensamma boendeformer och hem kan vara ett sätt att bromsa klimatförändringar och social segregation? -Ja, delvis är slutsatsen i den 152-sidiga boken.
Forskningen från projektet har mynnat ut i en mängd praktiska råd som liknar dem som finns i hemkunskapen. Relationer är utgångspunkten. Om vi skapar eller förbättrar relationer med till exempel grannar kan vi leva mer resurssnålt, öka förståelsen för varandra och minska ensamhet.
Boken är en inspiration för dem som vill skapa mer hållbara sätt att leva, både privat och i yrkeslivet.
